一种新的指纹图像快速细化算法

摘要: 针对快速并行细化算法存在的不足,即细化不全、不光滑、毛刺等缺点进行分析和研究,提出了一种新的细化算法,该算法速度快、细化全,细化后的指纹骨架在纹线中心线,且光滑无毛刺,不会产生断线,实验结果非常好。

Abstract: The disadvantages of the fast parallel thinning algorithm,i.e.incomplete thinning and not smooth,were analyzed and studied.A novel algorithm was presented which had the advantage of quick speed and complete thinning.The thinned fingerprint skeleton is smooth and located in the center of the ridge,and no broken lines,the result of experiment is perfect.
