摘要: 本文对基于细胞自动机理论的Celada Seida(CS)模型进行改进,仿真免疫系统应答。该模型能够对免疫系统中细胞和分子之间的相互作用进行仿真。模型在空间和时间上都是离散的,并可以模拟单个免疫细胞。本文给出了模拟免疫应答的具体仿真步骤,对原模型进行了简化,给出实验的结果。目的是通过该模型的研究,证明免疫系统模型是有用的,因为它们揭示了免疫系统有用的性能,进而可以用于研究解决生物学以外的工程问题的方法。

Abstract: In this paper, the Celada and Seiden model is studied for simulating the immune system. This model is based on cellular automaton theory. It simulates the interactions between cells and molecules in the immune system. The model is discrete in time and space, and models each cell individually. It presents the results of experiments we did using an implementation of the model. It seems that immune system model are useful because they reveal interesting behaviour, that may lead to the discovery of new problem solving techniques.
