Aiming at the two problems of low degree of decentralization and easy temporary branching of public block chain consensus mechanism, a Proof of Minimum(PoM) consensus mechanism based on Hash random selector is proposed, which uses the strong confusion of Hash algorithm to improve the degree of decentralization, and uses the anti-collision ability of Hash algorithm to reduce the probability of temporary bifurcation. Theoretical analysis and experimental results show that PoM not only improves the degree of decentralization, but also reduces the probability of temporary bifurcation. %U http://cea.ceaj.org/EN/10.3778/j.issn.1002-8331.1906-0258
