On some issues, the attributes of alternatives often have precedence relation. Aiming at this kind of problems, combining the Pythagorean fuzzy numbers and the prioritized aggregation operators, Pythagorean fuzzy prioritized aggregation operators are proposed, including Pythagorean fuzzy prioritized weighted average operator and Pythagorean fuzzy prioritized weighted geometric operator, and their properties are investigated. A method of multiple-criteria decision making problems in Pythagorean fuzzy prioritized aggregation operators is proposed. Finally, it is applied in the evaluation of service quality of four domestic airlines, and shows the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method. %U http://cea.ceaj.org/EN/10.3778/j.issn.1002-8331.1805-0417
