%X For the problem that currently two-sided matching of tasks and staffs is less considered in the task assignment method of product development, a strategy about the task assignment of product development based on two-sided knowledge matching is proposed. The concepts of ordinal number and satisfaction degree are defined from the perspective of tasks and staffs as well as corresponding calculation method is given, then the mathematical model of multi-objective optimization of task assignment of product development is built. Meanwhile the multi-objective mathematical model is transformed to a single objective mathematical model by using weighted sums based on membership function, thus the model can be solved by using Hungarian method and the task assignment scheme is obtained. Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method is demonstrated by a case study.
