The conceptions “ontology grain” and “compatible grain” are defined by application of granular computing ideas and ontology model, the ontology grain set and ontology tree generation algorithms are provided. These algorithms produce initial ontology grain set with compatible class, and extend other ontology grains with the vector of connotation IG, the last, build lattice hierarchy and conception tree model of ontology with the vector of relation RG. The empirical research of traditional Chinese medicine ontology shows that these algorithms are correct and efficient, and provide a good technical way for ontology learning. %U http://cea.ceaj.org/EN/10.3778/j.issn.1002-8331.1506-0054
