%0 Journal Article %A LIU Shunlan %A CAO Shenhao %T Relay selection and power allocation strategy for two-way amplify-and-forward relay system %D 2013 %R %J Computer Engineering and Applications %P 84-87 %V 49 %N 11 %X In order to improve the sum-rate of two-way relay system, this paper proposes a relay selection scheme which maximizes the product of the instantaneous Signal Noise Rate(SNR) in two-way Amplify-and-Forward(AF) relay system. The scheme selects the optimal relay through joint considering the quality of the two links. Based on the optimal relay selection, the system conducts Instantaneous Power Allocation by using the technology of SNR Balancing(SNR-Balancing-IPA). The expression of the optimal power allocation is derived. The theoretical analysis and simulation results show that the proposed relay selection of the product of the maximum instantaneous SNR and SNR-Balancing-IPA strategy can effectively improve the sum rate of system, reduce the outage probability of the system and improve the performance of the system. %U http://cea.ceaj.org/EN/abstract/article_30504.shtml
