%0 Journal Article %A LIU Ning %A ZHAO Jianhua %T Applying immune theory to intrusion detection system for wireless sensor network %D 2011 %R %J Computer Engineering and Applications %P 80-82 %V 47 %N 15 %X To improve the security of Wireless Sensor Network(WSN),this paper applies biological immune theory in designing a lightweight intrusion detection system.The intrusion detection module mainly achieves the generation of detector and antigen detection.In the process of detector generation,the system simplifies negative selection algorithm using discrete r-continuous position matching rules;memory cell vaccine is extracted to antibodies for vaccination to accelerate the convergence of immune algorithm;and memory immune cells set is classified and optimized using clustering algorithm to improve the diversity of antibodies and system detection rate.Simulation results show that the system has good detection rate and low energy consumption.
