%0 Journal Article %A LI Mu %A HE Yi-gang %A ZHOU Shao-wu %A TAN Wen %T Chaotic time series prediction based on ANFIS with adaptive mutation differential evolution algorithm %D 2009 %R 10.3778/j.issn.1002-8331.2009.12.044 %J Computer Engineering and Applications %P 134-137 %V 45 %N 12 %X A new method of chaotic time series prediction based on Adaptive Neuro Fuzzy Inference System(ANFIS) with Adaptive Mutation Differential Evolution(AMDE) algorithm was proposed.In the proposed method,the structure parameters of ANFIS were optimized by the hybrid algorithm which combined AMDE algorithm with least square method.The initial parameters of ANFIS model were tuned by differential evolution algorithm and then the final parameters of the model were optimized by least square algorithm.The hybrid algorithm greatly raises the convergence speed of network parameters identification and the global convergence of the system.It is demonstrated that the presented method is effective by the computer simulation. %U http://cea.ceaj.org/EN/10.3778/j.issn.1002-8331.2009.12.044
