Abstract: This paper introduces a method to make the production line to use certain number of workers to achieve the fastest working speed by using Particle Swarm Optimization Algorithms to recombine operation action of each worker,when observing assemble sequence and other technics.Then the project is tested by the simulation method to check the factors such as stabilization of production line.

摘要: 提出一种在严格遵守装配先后顺序及其它装配工艺的前提下,运用粒子群算法等智能算法将流水线各个工人的操作动作进行重新组合,使得流水线在一定工人数量前提下达到最快生产速度的方法。再通过系统仿真的方法对选出的方案进行检验,以考察流水线运行稳定性等因素。
