Application research of improved QPSO in path optimization and dispatching of AGV system

改进PSO在AGV系统路径优化调度中的应用研究

Abstract: After the analysis of the optimizing of transportation system and stacking crane, a comprehensive factor is proposed. A path optimization model is given, aiming at the AGV load and the constrain of container cubage. Then, an improved QPSO algorithm is proposed to solve the problem to overcome the defect of local convergence of PSO algorithm and QPSO algorithm. Fesibility of the model and effectiveness of the algorithm are shown through experimental results.

摘要: 在考虑AGV输送系统与堆垛机联合优化的基础上提出综合影响因子,针对AGV载重和运送货箱体积限定问题建立AGV路径优化模型,利用改进的量子微粒群算法实现,克服了微粒群和量子微粒群算法容易陷入局部最优的缺点。通过实例仿真表明优化模型的可行性及改进算法的有效性。
