BOM到CBOM的映射技术及其应用研究

Abstract: To reduce the inventory material conversion statistical algorithm’s complexity, the mapping technique from Bill Of Material(BOM) to containing BOM(CBOM) is proposed. Firstly, the properties of this mapping are studied, and its inverse transitive property is proved. Secondly, the initialization algorithm and maintenance algorithm are designed by using the properties, which can solve the initialization of CBOM and the synchronizing between BOM and CBOM. Finally, the statistical algorithm of bonded stores is implemented based on CBOM. The results of experiment shows that the run time of CBOM-based algorithm can reduced by 88%, compared with the original algorithm. It provides a good reference for other similar inventory statistical algorithms.

摘要: 为降低库存物料折算统计算法的复杂度,提出了一种BOM到CBOM的映射技术。首先研究了该映射的性质,证明其具有逆传递性;然后应用该性质设计了映射的初始化算法和维护算法,解决了CBOM初始化以及CBOM与BOM同步更新的问题;以保税物料为例实现了基于CBOM的物料折算统计算法。实验结果表明算法比原始算法运行所需时间降低了88%,为其他相似的库存统计算法提供了良好的借鉴。
