Apply fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to establish smartphone assessment model

应用模糊综合评价进行智能手机评估建模

Abstract: To make fair and reasonable assessment on all kinds of smart phones in the market, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation based on coefficient of variation and the weighted average method is put forward to establish smart phone evaluation model. The model makes classification analysis on the phone’s various performance parameters, utilizes coefficient of variation method to ascertain the weight of each assessindicator, then conducts the single factor evaluation, sets up fuzzy comprehensive evaluation matrix, takes the weighted average model to make comprehensive evaluation, thus the assess result is finally obtained. It is presented by the comparison experiment that compared with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation based on the expert weighting method and the max-min algorithm, the practicality and effectiveness of the assessment model are greatly promoted and can better reflect the mobile phone’s actual assessment result.

摘要: 为了对市场上各种智能手机进行合理公正的评估,提出了基于变异系数法和加权平均型的模糊综合评价法,并建立了智能手机评估模型。该模型对手机的各项性能参数进行了分类分析,采用变异系数法计算手机各个评价指标的权重;然后进行单因素评判,建立模糊综合评判矩阵,采用加权平均型算子进行综合评判,得到最后的评估结果。对比实验表明,相对于传统的基于专家赋权和取大取小算法的模糊评价方法,该评估模型的有效性和实用性能均有较大提升,能够更加客观准确地反映用户对智能手机的实际评估。
