Study for fault diagnosis based on logic equations

Abstract: Fault diagnosis based on logic equations utilizes fault causal logic relationship to isolate fault. In view of solving logic equations, the logic equations solving algorithm based on semi-tensor product is investigated and realized. Some demands for fault diagnosis onboard such as the calculated amount and time are analyzed, and the improved logic equations solving algorithm based on semi-tensor product is presented depending on the sparse matrix compression storage and parallel processing. In addition, the result is compared with the primary one. The practicability and universality of improved algorithm is validated by the diagnostic instance of fuel system.

摘要: 基于逻辑方程组的故障诊断方法充分利用故障因果逻辑实现故障定位。针对其中逻辑方程组的求解问题,研究并实现基于半张量积的求解算法,对机载故障诊断在计算量和时间等方面的要求进行分析,结合压缩存储和并行处理思想,提出改进算法并与原算法进行性能比较。通过燃油系统诊断实例验证了改进算法的实用性和通用性。
