Abstract: Aiming at the problem of the innovation strategy selection for product family in its evolution process, the integrated FAHP and TOPSIS methodology is proposed for the innovation strategy of product family as a Multi-Criteria Decision-Making(MCDM) model. The assessment index system and the MCDM model of product family innovation strategy are established based on the innovation strategy types and characteristics of product family. In order to deal with subjective uncertainty and vagueness, the FAHP and TOPSIS method are integrated to evaluate qualitatively and quantitatively the innovation strategy alternative of product family. Finally, an example is used to validate the model, the results provide a new prospective method to solve such problems in product family innovation and evolution.

摘要: 针对产品族演进过程中产品族创新策略选择问题,提出了FAHP-TOPSIS集成方法的产品族创新策略的多属性决策模型。在界定3种产品族创新策略类型和特点的基础上,构建产品族创新策略的评价指标体系及产品族创新策略的多属性决策模型。为了消除决策过程中的主观不确定性和模糊性,将FAHP和TOPSIS有机结合起来进行定性和定量综合评价产品族创新策略方案的优劣。通过具体实例,验证了该方法的有效性,这为解决产品族创新演进过程中策略决策问题提供了一种新的分析途径。
