Optimization model and algorithm for organization of railway express freight source

铁路快捷货物货源组织优化模型及算法

Abstract: In view of the shippers of railway express freight have more and more active authority on selecting freight transport product, the optimization problem of express freight source under the condition of shippers choosing scheduled freight train is researched. Firstly, the 0-1 programming model taking minimum cost of freight source organization as objective is established. Then, according to the characteristic of the model, the Genetic Algorithm of integer coding is designed. Finally, a numerical case is applied to verify the feasibility and validity of the model and the algorithm. The result shows that the proposed method can sythetically reflect the profits of both railway enterprise and shippers, which can provide reference for the organization work of railway express freight transportation.

摘要: 针对铁路快捷货物货主在选择货运产品时具有越来越多的主动权,研究货主选择车次条件下的快捷货物货源组织优化问题。构建了以货源组织成本最小为目标的0-1规划模型,并根据问题的特点,设计了整数编码的遗传算法进行求解。通过一个数值算例对模型和算法的可行性及有效性进行了验证。研究结果表明,所提出的方法能够综合反映铁路和货主双方的收益,可为铁路货运组织改革条件下的快捷货物货源组织提供参考。
