Automatic liquid level detection method for capillary-gravity viscometer based on background difference

背景差分法自动检测毛细管粘度计液位的方法

Abstract: Aiming at the shortcomings of the capillary viscometer liquid level detection method, the frame differential method and background difference algorithm are studied, a method for multi-capillary viscometer verification is conceived and designed. By the image processing method of background difference method, the segmentation of the moving foreground and background is achieved. A virtual test line is used to detect the capillary viscometer liquid level. Visual C++ combined with Opencv is used for programming, the method is tested for the four capillary viscometer, and the effective result is obtained.

摘要: 针对现有毛细管粘度计液位检测方法的不足,通过研究帧差法与背景差分算法,构思并设计了一种对多毛细管粘度计同时检定的方法。通过背景差分的图像处理方法,实现运动前景和背景的分割;使用虚拟检测线法实现毛细管粘度计液面运动位置的检测。该方法使用Visual C++结合Opencv进行编程实现,对实际毛细管粘度计四通道进行测试,取得良好效果。
