车站应急保障体系属性约简研究

Abstract: The sound station emergency security system not only relate to the safe production of a station, but the relationship between the healthy operation of the entire railway system. According to the station emergency security work characteristics, establishing the station emergency security comprehensive evaluation index system, and then construct the emergency security system decision table of station incident. Considering the security indicator attributes of the station?emergency security system are variety and complex, those attributes are removed which does not destroy the assorted quality of classification of original data through the method of discernibility matrix based on rough set theory, and achieve the purpose of dimension reduction. 5 station emergency security systems are proposed to establish the decision table, and using discernibility matrix theory to reduce the dimensions, calculate the index entropy, and get the optimal matrix.

摘要: 健全的车站应急保障体系不仅关系着一个车站的安全生产,更关系着整个铁路运输系统的健康运行。根据车站突发事件应急保障工作特点,建立了车站应急保障综合评价指标体系,进而构建了车站突发事件应急保障系统决策表。考虑车站应急保障体系的安全指标属性较多且较复杂,运用粗糙集中的区分矩阵约简理论,去掉了不破坏原始数据分类质量的属性,达到了高维数据降维的目的。以5个车站的突发事件应急保障系统情况为例,对建立的决策表运用粗糙集区分矩阵理论求出全部约简,计算指标熵权,由此确定了最优约简。
