一种区间数多属性决策的VIKOR扩展方法

Abstract: For the multi-attribute decision-making problems that alternative attribute value attribute weights are interval numbers, it uses interval numbers to improve VIKOR method and proposes a multi-attribute decision-making method based on interval number. This method uses the closest positive ideal solution as the basic idea, with linear specification strategy in the decision-making process and sort of the interval numbers by mentality indicators, and selects the best options in a stable condition of acceptable advantage and the decision-making process. The proposed method can more fully decompose different attitude index of the decision-makers, and calculate the options compromise solution in a variety of different mentality of decision-makers. Through sort analysis it can further draw the optimal solution of the multiple attribute decision-making, the results are reasonable and effective, and more consistent with the actual situation of multi-attribute decision making problems. The paper verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the method through a representative example analysis.

摘要: 针对备选方案中属性值及各属性权重为区间数的多属性决策问题,运用区间数对VIKOR方法进行改进,提出一种基于区间数的多属性决策方法。该方法以最接近理想解为基本思想,在决策过程中采用线性规范策略,利用心态指标对区间数进行排序,在可接受优势和决策过程稳定的条件下对备选方案择优。采用该方法,能够更全面地分解决策者的不同心态指标,计算决策者处于各种不同心态下的备选方案折衷解,通过排序分析可进一步得出多属性决策的最优解,所得结果合理有效,更符合多属性决策问题的实际情况。通过一个代表性实例分析,验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。
