Bi-level optimization study on regional low-carbon logistics transportation network

区域低碳物流运输网络双层优化研究

Abstract: Optimization of low-carbon regional logistics network is important foundation of low-carbon logistics system. A bi-level optimization model, considering the game between low-carbon route planning of government and enterprise, is proposed for regional logistics transportation network based on low-carbon concept. The total cost of all cost, time and carbon emission is the smallest through optimization of upper-level model of regional logistics network. On the other hand, the lower-level model, about revised Logit route choice model of goods transported, is used to solve the upper-level model goods transported. The network deformation and genetic algorithm is used to solve the bi-level optimization model. The simulation results show that the model and algorithm are correct and feasible, which benefits for low-carbon logistics network construction by its useful conclusions.

摘要: 区域低碳物流网络优化是建立低碳物流系统的重要环节。引入低碳理念,考虑政府低碳线路规划与货主之间的博弈,上层区域物流网络的优化以碳排放、成本、时间最少化,下层货流运用改进的Logit路径选择分配,建立了基于低碳理念的区域物流运输网络双层优化模型。根据模型求解的复杂性,运用网络变形和遗传算法给出求解优化模型的方法和步骤。算例仿真计算结果表明,该模型与算法在区域物流运输网络低碳优化组合中是准确且可行的,有益于低碳物流网络构建。
