高效能计算机风冷控制策略研究

Abstract: To increase the work efficiency of fans, reduce energy dissipation and weaken noise, a thorough study of classes of DC fans, methods and principle of fan control are made. The project of forced air cooling module is implemented by best advanced control technique and choosing up to date controller. The design is finally applied to all kinds of enclosures with forced air cooling of Tianhe supercomputer system. The control technique is proved credible and usefull by practice and result of test.

摘要: 为了提高风扇工作效率、降低能耗、削弱噪音,深入研究了直流风扇的种类、控制方式及控制原理。利用最先进的控制技术并选择最新的控制器件实现了风冷模块的控制方案。该设计技术最终应用在天河超级计算机全系统各类风冷机柜内。实践及测试结果证明该控制技术是可靠实用的。
