常见胎儿脑畸形的空间直方图金字塔检索方法

Abstract: This paper mainly discusses the semiautomatic fetal head retrieval method for ultrasound images.After reviewing several retrieval methods,this paper proposes a new fast method for ultrasound images based on spatial histogram pyramid,which takes into account the fetal head performance in both image spaces and position information.This method is invariant to translation,scale,rotation.Not only the fully semiautomation be realized,but also the retrieval accuracy be improved by the method suggested.

摘要: 在传统空间金字塔匹配方法的基础上进行改进,考虑到医学超声图像本身的特点,针对胎儿常见脑畸形(脑积水和脑室扩张)图像,提出来一种空间直方图金字塔检索方法。此方法简单、效率高,具有平移、尺度和旋转不变性,综合考虑了颅脑内部结构的空间位置信息,提高了检索精度,可快速有效地对胎儿超声脑积水和脑室扩张图像进行检索,给医生提供脑畸形辅助诊断依据。
