Abstract: In tactic simulation system exploitation,the influence of common citizen on tactic decision-making and act of war is often ignored or be seen as environment factor.But,in fact,the common citizen’s culture,religion,party and democracy consciousness and such also,often determine the tactic decision-making result and process of war.So,it is needed to model the common citizen and their behavior in a high fidelity tactic decision-making system exploitation.During a tactic system which named virtual Global War Space(GWS) exploituring,a new assume is proposed which named Compute Generated Population(CGP).CGP can give the tactic researching and tactic decision-making training a new visual angle to observe the mutual influence between the act of war and social demos.

摘要: 高度民主化的今天,普通民众的态度和行为已经成为影响战略决策、战争行动的关键因素之一。因此,一个更有效的战略模拟系统的开发必然要求对社会民众及其行为进行更细致和深刻的建模描述,必须由计算机来生成大量的虚拟人口(CGP)。通过生成符合真实人口分布特点的人口基础数据,建立虚拟个体的行为模型,处理好虚拟个体之间以及个体与环境之间的交互等关键问题,基本实现了由计算机来生成大规模的社会人口,为战略模拟研究提供更加逼真的社会人文环境,为战略决策研究和训练提供了高保真的观察和研究战争行动(或非战争军事行动)与社会民众之间相互影响的新视角。
