Snake模型在癌细胞图像分割中的应用

Abstract: Firstly this article studies in the image division domain which is already mature at present or the mainstream method and the technical basic principle which is exploring,also analyzes compares their merits and detects.In earnestly study with the analysis which has induced in the various characteristic of carcinoma esophagus cell image,a new model based on the basic snake model is devised and accomplished.The experiment confirms the improvement model division result brought up by this article is extremely tally with the actual boundary;finally this article has carried on the tentative plan of following work.

摘要: 首先研究了图像分割领域中目前已经成熟的和正在探索的主流方法和技术的基本原理,分析比较了他们的优缺点。在认真研究和分析归纳了所研究的食道癌细胞图像的多方面特点的基础上,设计并实现了基于基本Snake模型的新模型。通过实验发现改进模型分割的结果与实际边界非常吻合,最后进行了后续工作开展的设想。
