Abstract: How to organize and manage large amount of electro-information and how to provide information to users quickly and accurately are the key problems in P2P system.This paper tries to use ontology as a tool to build a concept model that describes information in both knowledge and semantic level.Community organization algorithms are proposed in this paper.The algorithms also support dynamic communities.They can form a sharing concept model and get the users to gain satisfying results.

摘要： 如何将大量的电子信息以一种有效的方式组织、管理并能将信息尽可能准确、快速的提供给用户是P2P系统中一个需要解决的关键问题。采用Ontology作为一种能在知识和语义层次上描述信息的概念建模工具，提出社区组织算法，能够动态形成社区，形成共享概念模型，使用户得到满意的结果。
