改进的多目标遗传算法在营养决策中应用

Abstract: Genetic algorithms is applied into the Nustriton decision making optimization.Multiple-dimension real-numbered vectors are adopted as the coding method to represent the Nutrition Prescription.Status transfer table is introduced to annotate the genetic operator states. Some new operators,such as random number transform operator and delete operator,are also inspired to accelerate the convergence without leading to premature.Simulation results show that such algorithm can approach the Pareto front as near as possible,and can spread toward the whole front.The proposed algorithm can provide more reasonable solutions once for all.

摘要: 将多目标遗传算法NSGA-Ⅱ应用于营养决策优化。采用多维实数向量的编码方式,使用状态转移表对遗传算子进行描述。对NSGA-Ⅱ算法进行改进,在进化操作中增加了随机变换运算和删除运算,加快了算法的收敛并避免了早熟。仿真结果证明该算法能逼近Pareto域,并在该域中均匀分布,经一次运行便可提供更多科学合理的营养决策优化候选方案。
