基于嵌入式实时操作系统的数控程序译码实现

Abstract: The feasibility and necessity that embedded-RTOS can be used in CNC is dissertated,and based on the embedded RTOS,the coding algorithm of CNC program is realized.The key questions and its attemper tactic are analyzed in detail.The coding algorithm has been applied in self-researched CNC of TDNCL4M,It is proved in emulation and practice that the algorithm is efficient and useful.

摘要: 论述了嵌入式实时操作系统用于数控系统的可行性和必要性。基于嵌入式实时操作系统实现了数控系统译码任务的算法,对于译码算法中的关键问题及其调度策略进行了详尽地分析。该算法已经用于本实验室自行研发的TDNCL4M数控系统中,经仿真和联机运行证明该算法是可行的。
