Key technology and frame of system integration about mechanical product performance calculation

产品性能计算系统集成框架及关键技术

Abstract: Performance calculation places an important role during the process of mechanical product design and how to integrate the performance calculation system is the difficult problem currently.Taking the integration of performance calculation for tracked vehicles for case,this paper presents it’s design method realization.In this study,we have designed and realized the integration performance calculation system about tracked vehicles using Web services technology.The system server integrated product performance calculation software coded by different programming language and the designers can call these performance calculation software on the server by browser.The service request and calculating results have been dispatched by SOAP protocol and the services have been described by WSDL document.The application results show that it worked effectivly by using this system.

摘要: 产品设计中性能计算占重要的地位,目前其各种性能计算系统集成成为关键,以履带车辆性能计算系统集成为例,给出其实现集成框架与关键技术。采用Web Services 技术实现基于Web服务的性能计算集成系统。主要包括:服务端集成了不同语言实现的异构的性能计算软件,设计人员通过浏览器调用服务器端的性能计算服务程序。利用SOAP协议进行服务请求和传递计算结果,采用WSDL描述服务。软件应用结果表明该系统是有效的。
