工业CT体数据切片重组方法研究

Abstract: Presents a reslicing method for industrial CT volume data to get new serial slices in arbitrary direction.In this work,the volume data is encapsulated firstly and its logistic coordinate is defined,then the direction vector and the center of the cutting plane are calculated,the movement route of the plane is solved,specially a new sampling rule in cutting plane is presented.Finally a 3D volume data from industrial CT is resliced automatically and new serial images are obtained.This method can continuously and automatically produce new serial images in arbitrary direction,it supplies the lack that industrial CT can’t scan in arbitrary direction.

摘要: 为了获取工业CT体数据任意方向的切片序列,提出了一种切片重组方法。该方法首先对体数据进行封装并定义逻辑坐标系,接着在逻辑坐标系中计算剖切平面的法向量和中心,求出平面的运动轨迹方程,并提出一种新的剖切面采样准则。对汽车引擎三维工业CT体数据进行了切片重组,得到了新的图像序列。该方法可连续、自动地获取任意方向的序列切片图像,弥补了工业CT不能从任意角度扫描的不足。
