基于遗传算法的震后恢复资金分配优化设计

Abstract: According to the max optimization design of distributing the post-earthquake restoration capital,the dynamic planning method is recommended to establish an optimal nonlinear mathematic model taking the economic benefit as an objective function.And the max optimization design of distributing the post-earthquake restoration capital is implemented with an application of Matlab language by calling its genetic algorithm toolbox.The max optimization design example of distributing the post-earthquake restoration capital show that the applications of GAOT make the optimization calculate and design simple and convenient based on the dynamic planning method.It is practicable in engineering.

摘要: 针对震后恢复资金分配的优化设计,介绍了动态规划法在以经济效益为目标建立非线性规划的数学模型,探讨用Matlab语言实现该模型,通过遗传算法工具箱(GAOT)的程序求解。通过编程,对实例的优化过程表明:在动态规化法思想的基础上,利用Matlab遗传算法工具箱辅助计算和设计,可使得震后恢复资金分配的优化设计简捷方便,具有工程实用价值。
