Abstract: An effective management of information on intertidal resources is one of the bases and preconditions to achieve sustainable development and utilization of intertidal resources in Shanghai. Yet so far there have been few management systems focusing on intertidal. The management system of intertidal resources developed by utilizing .NET and ArcGIS Engine has effectively managed intertidal remote sensing data, spatial geographic data and various kinds of data related to intertidal, capable of managing, analyzing and expressing the quantitative, qualitative and spatial distribution of land, fauna and flora resources and demonstrating the dynamic change of various resources. The present paper focuses on the methods of software analyzing and designing adopted in developing the intertidal management system, functions-realizing methods based on components as well as the methods of developing the system’s client end based on Windows Form.

摘要: 对滩涂资源信息进行有效的管理是实现上海市滩涂资源可持续开发和利用的前提基础之一,目前以滩涂为专题的管理系统尚不多见。采用.NET和ArcGIS Engine为技术平台开发的滩涂资源管理系统有效管理了上海市滩涂遥感、空间地理数据和各种滩涂专题数据,具备管理、分析、表达滩涂土地、动物、植物资源的数量、质量以及空间分布以及表现各项资源的动态变化功能。重点介绍了滩涂资源管理管理系统开发中所采用软件分析设计方法、基于组件的业务功能实现方法以及基于Windows Form的系统客户端开发方法。
