面向交易决策支持的信号博弈商务平台设计

Abstract: Most studies on transaction decision-support, are focus on the static analysis to customer information, but ignoring that the customer activity are the reaction to the business information he receive. The paper considers the dynamic intelligent action of business and customer during the information transmitting and put forward the idea of design of business platform of signaling game facing to transaction decision-support. By applying signaling game theory to analyze the information transmitting between business and customer, and combining the idea of multi-agent and self-adaptive, the platform may discover the real type of customer behind his information sent, and offer the strategy to the business aiming at the different customer activities. The design of the platform is composed of three steps: the composition of platform, the establishment of arithmetic and the foundation of platform.

摘要: 目前对交易决策支持的研究,多侧重于静态地对客户信息进行分析和判断,而忽略了客户的行为是对它所了解的企业信息的动态反应。针对这一不足,本文考虑了信息传递过程中企业和客户的动态智能行为,提出了面向交易决策支持的信号博弈商务平台这一思路。利用信号博弈方法分析企业和客户之间的信息交互,并结合多agent和自适应进化的思想,得出客户策略性的行为信息后所隐藏的客户真实类型,在线为企业提供针对不同客户行为信息应采取的策略。信号博弈商务平台的设计过程包括三个主要步骤。一为平台解决方案构成;二为算法模型生成;三为平台基础支持。
