智能化变速器检测系统的研究与开发

Abstract: According to complex of gearbox test online,a gearbox test system based on automatic shift manipulator is developed.Optimal shift law plays an important role in improving work efficiency and prolonging service life of gearbox.It is more intelligent that judging optimal shift by using neural network.The shift procedure is a complicated nonlinear time-varying one,involving many variables,so the expert system is used to control shift procedure.Then it is a more personification procedure owing to fast and accurate operations.Data processing and decision-making are more intellectualized by using neural network to analyze test data.Good running state of system proves success for application of neural network and expert system in product test.Moreover the system has some guiding significance in intelligent test and personification control of manipulator.

摘要: 针对变速器在线检测的复杂性,研制了一个基于自动换档机械手的变速器检测系统。换档是一个复杂的非线性时变过程,涉及到众多变量,使用专家系统进行机械手的换档控制,可以快速准确地执行正确操作,使换档过程更加拟人化。用神经网络进行检测数据的分析判定,使数据处理和决策更加智能化。系统良好的实际运行情况,证明了专家系统和神经网络在产品检测中应用的成功,同时对产品检测的智能化及机械手的拟人化控制有着很好的指导意义。
