高压断路器操动机构的动力学建模与仿真研究

Abstract: The 3D solid model of operating mechanism of high-voltage circuit breaker is built using software UG at first,and then is introduced into mechanical system dynamic simulation analysis software ADAMS.The motion characteristics are dynamically simulated,and the correctness of the virtual prototype model is proved.The effects of baffle position of operating mechanism,friction and coefficient of stiffness of spring etc.to dynamic performance curves of high-voltage circuit breaker are simulated and analyzed emphatically,which can be taken as the theoretical basis for optimization design,condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of high-voltage circuit breaker in the future.

摘要: 利用UG软件建立了高压断路器弹簧操动机构的三维实体模型,并导入到机械系统动力学仿真分析软件ADAMS中,动态仿真了断路器的运动特性,验证了虚拟样机模型的正确性。着重仿真分析了断路操动机构器的挡板位置、摩擦力、弹簧劲度系数等因素对高压断路器动态性能曲线的影响,为以后高压断路器的优化设计、状态监测及其故障诊断提供了理论依据。
