Research and implementation on selection process of bamboo strip based on machine vision

Abstract: According to the “selection of bamboo strip” production process of bamboo flooring,this paper,which is based on machine vision,constructs a platform of defect inspection and color classification of bamboo strip,studies key problems about image acquisition,optical imaging,illumination in the process of defect inspection and color classification,designs the software flow and processing algorithm of defect inspection and color classification,investigates implementation about mechanical transmission,sorting execution device and electronic control of the platform.The simulation results show that the algorithm of defect inspection and color classification can accurately detect the image about bamboo strip which is untaken by the acquisition system designed,complete the inspection about six kinds of common defects and the identification about four kinds of color difference.It has great significance for promoting production efficiency of the production process about selection of bamboo strip.

摘要: 针对竹地板加工中的“选片工艺”,构建了基于机器视觉的竹片缺陷检测与颜色分拣平台,研究了竹片缺陷与颜色检测过程中图像采集、光学成像、光学照明等关键问题,设计了竹片缺陷检测及颜色识别的图像处理算法及软件流程,并探讨了竹片缺陷检测与颜色分拣平台的机械传动、分拣执行装置及电控实现。仿真实验表明,提出的竹片缺陷检测及颜色识别算法能够对采集系统摄取的竹片图像进行准确的检测与识别,能够完成竹片6种常见的缺陷检测以及4种以上的色差识别,对提高选片工艺的生产效率具有重要意义。
