One realistic method of dynamic scheduling in continue process

连续过程动态调度的一种实现方法

Abstract: The dynamic scheduling of continue process is the important method of improving profit,but it is difficult to solve the confliction between the demand of real-time ability and optimization.Four principles about modeling from equipment are concluded based on the character of continue process.The configurable modeling method combining schedulers’ experience and mathematics model is presented,which detail realization approach is also shown.When unexpected event happen,the method can use the schedulers’ experience quickly,so it realizes the balance between the demand of real-time ability and optimization.Using the saved simulation results,the system allows the users to set up a new model by modifying few coefficients or changing some line’s direction to reflect changes in the production process and obtain more realistic results.Finely,a simple example of oil refinery shows the feasibility and implementation of the proposed method.

摘要: 连续过程动态调度是提高企业效益的重要手段,但很难解决生产调度要求的实时性与寻优性之间的矛盾。根据连续过程的特点总结了4条由生产装置抽象出模型的原则。给出了专家经验和数学模型相结合的组态化建模方法,并给出了详细实现步骤。组态化建模方法可以在意外事件发生时迅速结合调度专家的经验,实现优化性和实时性之间的平衡。在已有模型基础上,用户只需要通过调整部分参数和侧线走向就可以使模型及时反映生产过程的变化。最后通过一个炼油厂简化实例说明了该方法的可行性和具体实现。
