在多项目管理人力资源调配中的病毒遗传算法

Abstract: Based on the research status of analyzing multi-project parallel task,with the problem of resource distribution,the multi-project task scheduling process with the restriction of human resource is described,which is aimed at the limited human resource in the multi-management in enterprise.Then the multi-project task is arranged,based on the back-scheduling method of virus evolutionary genetic algorithm,obtaining the engineering solution before the engineering deadline,and achieving the optimal configuration of human resource in the multi-project parallel task management.

摘要: 在分析多项目并行任务资源分配的研究现状基础上,针对企业多项目管理中有限人力资源配置这一核心问题,对人力资源限制下多项目任务调度的过程进行了数学描述,并采用基于病毒遗传算法的倒排法对多项目任务进行排程,力求在满足工期的前提下得出较优的工程解,实现多项目并行任务管理中人力资源的优化配置。
