Application of cloud theory on aviation EW system effectiveness evaluation

云理论在航空电子战系统效能评估中的应用

Abstract: Taking the fuzziness and uncertainty of system as background,cloud theory realizes the integration,translation between the qualitative evaluation and quantitative research.The number characters,forward cloud,reverse cloud and weighted sum algorithm which are applied in the effectiveness evaluation of aviation EW system are introduced.According to AHP,the evaluation system of aviation EW system is constructed,and the qualitative weight and evaluative description are given by Delphi technique.Through the forward cloud algorithm,the qualitative weight and evaluative description are transformed to number characters;then the quantitative evaluation value is gotten.Finally through the reverse cloud algorithm,the quantitative evaluation value is transformed to qualitative evaluation conclusion which coincides with people’s custom.

摘要: 云理论是以研究系统模糊性和不确定性为背景,实现系统的定性评价与定量研究相结合、相转换的理论。介绍了云理论的数字特征、在航空电子战系统效能评估中应用到正向云、逆向云以及云的加权和算法。通过层次分析法建立了航空电子战系统效能的评估体系,并结合专家打分法给出指标的定性权重和评价语,利用正向云算法将其转换为云的数字特征,通过运算得出系统顶层指标的定量评估值,最后再利用云逆向算法将其转换为符合人习惯的定性评价。
