Evaluation of water environmental quality using rough set—RBF network

基于粗糙集—RBF网络的水环境质量评价方法

Abstract: A arithmetic for evaluation of water enviromental quality is proposed based on composite of Rough Set—RBF Network.Five monitoring indexes of water enviromental quality are utilized as the evaluation items,the rough set is used to build the water-level knowledge systems,the property of water quality monitoring data is reduced,and the reductive regulation is used to train the RBF network,which can improve the ability of converge and nonlinear approaching of RBF network in evaluation of water quality.The simulation results indicate that the method makes the results of evaluation of water quality more scientific,accurately,promptly,and universally,it can be widely used in evaluation of water environmental quality related to environmental protection and pollution control.

摘要: 提出一种基于粗糙集—RBF网络复合的水环境质量评价方法,选取描述水环境质量的五项监测指标作为评价因子,利用粗糙集理论,构建水质级别知识表达系统,对水质监测数据进行属性约简,用约简后的规则集对RBF网络进行训练,提高了RBF网络在水质评价中的收敛性与非线性逼近能力。实验仿真表明:该方法使水质评价的结果更加科学、准确、及时,且通用性好,可广泛应用于环境保护与污染治理相关的水环境质量评价。
