利用相似性配准技术判别肝胆CT图像扫描顺序

Abstract: The registration of the three liver image is very important in hepatobiliary surgery.The three CT image’ registral curves can be calculated by the classic normalized correlation algorithm,then can judge whether the three image scannig sequence is opposite or not.

摘要: 肝胆虚拟手术系统中,三期肝脏的配准很重要。利用经典的归一化相关系数算法进行的相似性配准研究可以快速算出三期CT图像的配准曲线,从而判别三期图像的扫描顺序是否一致。
