产品工业设计可制造性评价方法研究

摘要: 针对传统的产品工业设计流程存在的效率低、资源浪费、可制造性评价方法单一且客观性差等问题,设计并构建了一个融合工业设计属性内容的可制造性评价方法,并且给出了方法的具体结构及实施步骤。结合一种基于依赖型不确定语言有序加权几何(Dependent Uncertain Linguistic Ordered Weighted Geometric,DULOWG)算子的多属性群决策方法,建立工业设计可制造性评价模型,并基于多属性决策的理论知识进行了推理和验证。

Abstract: To solve the traditional industrial design processes of low efficiency, waste of resources, evaluation method absence and objectivity, a comprehensive manufacturability evaluation method based on industrial design knowledge is developed. The structure of system is built, and the method’s specific implementation steps are given for manufacturability evaluation. In combination with a Dependent Uncertain Linguistic Ordered Weighted Geometric(DULOWG) operator for multi-attribute group decision making, a new manufacturability evaluation model of industrial design based on multi-attribute decision-making theoretical knowledge is built to give a solution. Reasoning and verification are carried out.
