摘要: 综合Anna的极值点压缩算法和多抽样重叠块压缩算法,提出了一种新的基于二维EMD分解的数字图像压缩方法。先对自然图像进行二维EMD分解,对分解后的IMF抽样点进行熵编码。与两种压缩方法所得的结果比较分析,在确保图像质量的前提下,找到了一种更好的方法,对图像进行压缩。

关键词: 二维经验模式分解(EMD), 固有模态函数(IMF), 图像压缩, 峰值信噪比

Abstract: Integrating Anna’s extreme point compression algorithm and variable sample of overlapped blocks compression algorithm,this paper proposes an image compression method based on two-dimensional EMD decomposition.After decomposing on BEMD,the IMF’s sample points carry on the entropy code.In ensuring the quality of image,compression is carried on the image as far as possible.Comparing the results with three methods,a better way is got to carry on image compression.
