摘要: 风险优先级排序是软件项目风险管理的重要环节。针对当前风险排序方法的不足,提出一种基于模糊层次分析法的风险排序方法。该方法引入层次分析法对风险事件进行分层,通过三角模糊数来表征专家判断信息,同时借助模糊风险判断矩阵实现了风险事件按风险发生概率、风险损失、风险不可控制性以及综合考虑三方面准则的优先级排序。最后,通过案例分析验证了该方法的可操作性和合理性。

Abstract: Risk prioritization is an important process in software project risk management.Aiming at risk prioritization method being lacking,a new risk prioritization method is proposed to rank risk events based on fuzzy analytical hierarchy process.The method introduces triangular fuzzy number to expresent experts’ judgment information of risk events and uses AHP to rank these risk events.So,the detailed ranking of risk events by risk probability,risk loss and risk uncortollity is obtained.Finally,a case analysis shows the maneuverability and validity of the method.
