摘要: 实施燃气管网风险评价对城市公共安全与防灾减灾具有重大的意义。在建立模糊综合评价模型后,要实现计算机程序化,才能够高效地应用到工程领域中,介绍了模糊综合评价模型的程序化,并且结合计算机辅助设计技术,提出了基于WebGIS的燃气管网风险模糊综合评价系统的总体设计思路和方法,分析了系统的设计特点和技术特色。结合工程应用实例,展示系统设计开发的可行性和实际应用效果,它可成为燃气管网安全管理的一套可视化管理工具,可有效地提供辅助决策支持。

Abstract: Necessity of risk assessment to urban buried gas pipelines is emphasized in urban public safety and disaster prevention and mitigation.The fuzzy risk assessment model of urban buried gas pipelines is established.To be applied into engineering practice in high efficiency,the computerization of the model is necessary and the integrated system is developed. Combined by the Computer-Aided Design(CAD),the system structure and algorithm are put forward based on WebGIS.The implementation effect of the model and the system indicates that the computation efficiency of the model is improved and the integrated system is a visible management means to provide supervision advices for safety management of urban buried gas pipelines.
